Expert care in Prestons

Your local injury and pain clinic

Physiotherapy, chiropractic, remedial massage and Hijama under one roof in Prestons — serving Liverpool, Casula, Edmondson Park and the wider South West Sydney area.

Physiotherapy in Prestons

Our Prestons physiotherapists treat sports injuries, lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica and post-surgical rehabilitation. Using hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, taping and tailored exercise programs, we find the root cause of your pain and build a plan to fix it — not just mask the symptoms. Whether you've pulled up sore after sport, sit at a desk all day, or are recovering from an operation or a work injury, we help you move better and stay better. No GP referral is needed and most health funds offer a rebate on the spot.

Chiropractic care in Prestons

Our AHPRA-registered chiropractors provide precise spinal adjustments, posture correction and relief from headaches and migraines, plus improved joint mobility. We treat back, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica and nerve-related pain, and postural problems — combining adjustments with soft-tissue work, mobilisations and rehabilitation exercises. We take the time to explain what's happening and why, so you feel confident every step of the way. Chiropractors are primary contact practitioners, so you can book directly without a referral, seven days a week.

Remedial massage in Prestons

More than relaxation, our remedial massage targets muscle recovery, tension headaches and workplace injuries. Your therapist assesses your body and selects the right techniques — deep tissue, trigger point, sports, relaxation, pregnancy or lymphatic drainage — to release tight muscles, ease pain and improve circulation. It's ideal for chronic back and neck tension, sports injuries, delayed onset muscle soreness, stress and poor sleep. Most health funds offer a rebate, and no referral is required to book.

WorkCover & NDIS physiotherapy

Injured at work or living with a disability? We provide dedicated WorkCover and NDIS physiotherapy in Prestons — managing your claim, delivering hands-on treatment, and building a structured return-to-work or functional-goals program. We assess and treat at our clinic and, where appropriate, at your home or workplace. From the claims process and assessments to rehabilitation and reporting, we make recovery straightforward and coordinate with your case manager throughout.

Sports physiotherapy in Prestons

From weekend runners to junior and elite athletes, our sports physiotherapists diagnose and treat sprains, strains, ligament and tendon injuries, hamstring and calf tears, knee and shoulder problems and overuse injuries. We get you back to training safely with hands-on treatment, strapping, dry needling and progressive strength and conditioning — plus practical advice to prevent the injury happening again. Whether you've rolled an ankle on the field or want to fix a niggle before it becomes serious, we'll build a recovery plan around your sport and your goals.

Dry needling in Prestons

Dry needling uses fine, sterile acupuncture needles to release tight muscle knots and trigger points, easing pain and restoring movement. It's highly effective for stubborn neck, back and shoulder tension, headaches, sciatica and sports injuries, and pairs well with hands-on physiotherapy and exercise. Our practitioners are trained in safe, precise technique and will explain exactly what to expect. Many patients feel looser and more mobile after just one session.

Hijama (wet cupping) in Prestons

Hijama — the Arabic term for wet cupping — is an ancient therapy that uses gentle suction and tiny sterile incisions to draw out stagnant blood, removing toxins and impurities to support the body's natural healing. It's traditionally used to relieve muscular pain and inflammation, lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis, and more, while improving blood circulation and promoting cell repair and tissue recovery.

Performed by experienced practitioners in a clean, sterile setting. No GP referral needed. Please note: Hijama is not suitable during pregnancy or while taking blood thinners, and since April 2019 it is no longer covered by private health insurers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist or chiropractor?

No. Our physiotherapists, chiropractors and remedial massage therapists are primary contact practitioners, so you can book directly without a GP referral. A referral is only needed for WorkCover, NDIS, DVA or Chronic Disease Management plans.

Are your services covered by private health insurance?

Most private health funds offer a rebate for physiotherapy, chiropractic and remedial massage on extras cover. We have HICAPS on site, so in most cases we can process your claim on the spot and you only pay the gap.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including weekends — making it easy to book around work and family.

Where are you located and is there parking?

Do you treat WorkCover and NDIS clients?

Yes. We provide dedicated WorkCover and NDIS physiotherapy and can assess and treat at our clinic, your home or your workplace to support a safe return to work and daily life.

Can I request a female physiotherapist, chiropractor or massage therapist?

Yes. We have experienced female practitioners and many women prefer to be treated by a woman. Simply request a female physiotherapist, chiropractor or remedial massage therapist when you book and we will arrange it where availability allows. We also provide pregnancy massage and women’s health care in a calm, private setting.

Do you offer Hijama (wet cupping)?

Yes. We provide professional Hijama (wet cupping) in a clean, sterile setting to help relieve muscular pain and inflammation and promote natural healing. No GP referral is needed. Please note Hijama is not suitable during pregnancy or while taking blood thinners, and since April 2019 it is no longer covered by private health insurers.
